Here we go: The New Aston Martin Vanquish Volante 2026
Aston martin Volante 2026

For those who appreciate the thrill of open-air driving without sacrificing power, Aston Martin has unveiled the 2026 Vanquish Volante. This convertible variant of the Vanquish stays true to its grand touring roots while delivering an exhilarating performance courtesy of its V-12 engine.
Under the hood, the Vanquish Volante retains the same formidable 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V-12 as its coupe counterpart, generating an impressive 824 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, ensuring a seamless and dynamic driving experience. With a top speed of 214 mph, the Volante matches the hardtop's velocity, though its 0-62 mph sprint takes 3.4 seconds ,just 0.2 seconds slower due to an added 209 pounds of structural reinforcement.
Despite the slight weight increase, Aston Martin emphasizes that the Volante’s chassis remains nearly as rigid as the coupe, promising sharp handling and refined stability. The convertible features a model-specific suspension setup with Bilstein DTX dampers, while stopping power comes from six-piston carbon-ceramic brakes at the front and four-piston units at the rear. The vehicle rides on 21-inch Pirelli P Zero tires, maintaining the same high-performance grip as the hardtop.

Inside, the Vanquish Volante mirrors the coupe's luxurious cabin, featuring dual 10.25-inch digital displays, one for the driver and another for infotainment. The key distinction lies in the K-fold fabric roof, which can be lowered in just 14 seconds and raised in 16 seconds at speeds of up to 31 mph. With the roof down, drivers can fully appreciate the optional titanium exhaust system’s distinctive growl.
“Aston Martin Volantes have epitomized elegant and sporting open-top motoring for 60 years,” said CEO Adrian Hallmark. “With its breathtaking design and unparalleled V-12 performance, the Vanquish Volante redefines this legacy at the highest level.”
Pricing has yet to be announced, but with the hardtop starting at $434,000, the Volante is expected to command a premium. Production is set to commence in the third quarter of 2025, with fewer than 1,000 units produced annually.
